Twelve of the Central Coast\u2019s best young singers will take the stage in the Discovered Grand Final on Friday 14 October, with locals invited to come down and support the development of local up-and-coming singers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Celebrating its milestone tenth series, the Discovered professional development program for singers aged 7 to 24 years has attracted over 600 entrants since it began in 2011. Many of these participants have gone on to pursue a successful career in the music industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2022 Discovered Grand Finalists range from age 10 to 24 years and include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Plus, the two wildcard entrants as voted by the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Participants will compete for their share of an impressive prize pool, plus recording studio time, a vocal scholarship and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Grand Final will include performances from special guests and previous Discovered winners Riley Lovell and Kelly Griffin (performing as ELASKIA), as well as the Discovered Voices Youth Choir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Discovered Grand Final will be held at The Hub Erina Youth Entertainment Venue, Erina on Friday 14 October. Doors open from 5.30pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
