International soccer legend and ex-Socceroo, Andy Bernal, yesterday visited the Salvation Army\u2019s Dooralong Transformation Centre to share his story of overcoming addiction with centre participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Andy\u2019s celebrated career saw him play for both international and Australian teams including Sydney Olympic and the Socceroos. On retirement from professional football, he became an agent with global giants SFX, which included time spent with David Beckham in Madrid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now with the Central Coast Mariners as Vibe Manager and Head of Athletic Development, Andy is working with the Salvos to share his story of overcoming addiction in the hope it will help others working toward recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
