Gosford, NSW \u2013 Intuition Private Obstetrics and Gynaecology is pleased to announce that Specialist Paediatrician Dr Ahmed Khan will be joining the practice from Thursday, 4 September 2025, expanding access to expert paediatric care for families on the Central Coast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dr Khan brings over two decades of experience in paediatrics, including his ongoing role at Gosford Hospital and his former position as Head of Paediatrics, a role which he held for more than six years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He provides comprehensive care for children of all ages<\/strong>, with a focus on behavioural concerns, developmental needs, and complex paediatric conditions, including a key role in childhood ADHD diagnosis protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWith demand for paediatric care growing across the Central Coast, many families face long waitlists or need to travel significant distances<\/strong> for specialised services,\u201d said Karina Wright, Practice Manager at Intuition Private.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cDr Khan\u2019s appointment and Intuition Private ensures families can access timely, expert care right here within their local community,\u201d she added.
