Hot off her #1 charting ARIA Album, Songbird, Mirusia announces her brand new autobiographical show touring Australia throughout 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This concert follows her life\u2019s journey in song that traces her humble beginnings from an aspiring young Queensland singer of Australian and Dutch heritage to international soprano sensation touring stadiums with the “King of the Waltz”, Andr\u00e9 Rieu and a collaboration with Australian music royalty, the original members of the iconic band, The Seekers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From her personal songbook, she performs the music that has been most inspiring on her journey to become one of the world\u2019s favourite classical cross-over artists and shares the stories behind the music. This show will include beloved classics spanning many genres and feature songs from her new album Songbird, including contemporary hits such as The Greatest Love of All, The Long and Winding Road, Jolene, and Fleetwood Mac\u2019s ode to love, Songbird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mirusia says \u201cthis concert and new album features mostly songs I\u2019ve not performed or recorded before, but have always wanted to share with my audience \u2013 some songs that are dear to my heart and of a personal nature, and others that have played a pivotal part in my rich and blessed career to date.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
