This year, despite the financial challenge of rising interest rates, over 600 participants were able to raise an incredible $<strong>52,205.75<\/strong>! Together we walked <strong>123,590,954 steps<\/strong> too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Watch the wrap video on Instagram: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cjhb3gqByhV\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/Cjhb3gqByhV\/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve also been amazed by the generosity of local businesses this year with our sponsors: Eastcoast Juices and Smile On Clinics coming on as major sponsors. We also had support from Coastal Goddess, The Athlete\u2019s Foot Erina, Coastal Rehab Hub, Conveniently Active, MedWorld, Reality Marketing, Adreka and Davistown RSL who have donated prizes and their time to attract more people to the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next year I\u2019ll be extending the event to get even more people involved. With every #MoveAgainstCancer I run, I like to reiterate that the event isn\u2019t about pushing people to donate as much as they can or to move as much as possible\u2026it\u2019s simply about getting a community together, moving a little more than they may have.
