The face of Gosford is changing as demand for the region\u2019s first 6 star development, Rumbalara Residences<\/a>, skyrockets with the final building being topped out and the project on track for completion late this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cClose to 20,000 cubic metres of concrete has been poured to date and 80,000 cubic metres of crushed sandstone has been removed from the site to be used for fill at locations including the new Western Sydney Airport.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cA build like this signals a new era for development on the Central Coast and it shows buyers are willing to pay premium prices for quality outside of Sydney,\u201d says Mr Campling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey like being near the beaches and waterways yet also maintaining that connection to Sydney which is only a 45 minute drive away.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere are 188 units spread out over four boutique buildings, ranging in size from 27 to 62 residences each.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBuyers can choose treehouses or townhouses with state of the art finishes and luxury touches including fireplaces and Sub Zero Wolf appliances in the treehouses.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBuyers have suddenly realised they don\u2019t want to miss out on an opportunity like Rumbalara and they see this as a unique chance to buy something nobody else has,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019re seeing a lot of interest from downsizers who are attracted to the lifestyle on offer here.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe size of our 250sqm apartments is a big drawcard with the ability to have multiple outdoor spaces for entertaining and lifestyle.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBuyers see Rumbalara as being strong value for money compared to what they could get in Sydney.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve always had strong enquiry levels but now they\u2019re translating into record sales with buyer confidence returning to the market as the shock of interest rate rises eases and speculation of a property market collapse proves unfounded,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cInterestingly 70% of our interest is coming in around the 2-5M mark which shows the luxury apartment market is still very much buoyant,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

50% of the development is now sold with the final stage being released mid-March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
