Central Coast Celebrates: The Fun Haus Factory, A New Arts and Music Hub in Gosford!

GOSFORD, AUSTRALIA – The wait is over! The Central Coast Contemporary Multi-Arts Centre has found a dedicated home in the heart of Gosford.

“The Fun Haus Factory is a love letter to the art of discovery, it’s a hub of creativity, a home for creatives and audiences, and a nucleus of shared experiences. This is a ground-breaking regional Artist lead space offering place for everything and everyone from contemporary music, cabaret and restaurant residencies to spoken-word, cocktail parties, corporate presentations and community workshops” stated Creative Director Glitta Supernova.

Starting this Saturday, The Fun Haus Factory programming will host the 1st of multiple rotating local DJ residencies with its free party night “SaturSLAY” across genres from House & Dance Music to a monthly Emo-Alt Party, Sundays will feature “Sonic Sundays” live music for all ages from Swing to Electro every Sunday afternoon with Fridays featuring alternating residencies with the “Gosford Comedy Club” last Friday of each month, Global Latin sounds with “Hot Sauce” and award winning Sydney Burlesque show Royal Heart Review.

“Thanks to the Federal Government’s Live Music Australia Program, we are delighted to offer mostly free weekly live music programming alongside our wholistic creative approach, and we are proud to introduce a pioneering social enterprise restaurant residency program with “Chilangos Hermanos” who recently moved to the Central Coast from Mexico City. Through our social enterprise kitchen these creative culinary amazing humans will be serving fresh, contemporary, authentic Mexican Street Food, lunch and dinners utilising our Latin herb garden and zero waste kitchen which we have setup with Permaculture Central Coast, this is 360 degrees of community working together and creating something quite magical, not thought possible just a few years ago and we encourage all the green thumbs and multicultural foodies to come check it out as we launch the Central Coast edible garden trail on Saturday 21st October.

The Fun Haus Factory launches formally this Friday 13th four nights a week with a completely booked out launch party for the vibrant Arts Centre community, with local & touring live music acts for the next 3months from like James Valentine & Rufino & the Wreckage already listed in the programming.

Naughty Noodle Fun Haus has since 2019 led contemporary, diverse, and risk-taking new work changing the region forever. Today an award-winning organisation presenting local work nationally and national work locally.
