When first formed, The Bateau Bay VIEW Club had their initial meeting at the Bateau Bay Bowling Club back in 2001 and it was there that they stayed until 2015, when the club moved to The Entrance Leagues Club, where the monthly luncheon meetings are still held on the 1st Tuesday of the month.

Since its inception in 2001, the Bateau Bay VIEW club has helped many within the community and on the 2nd August 2022 the club will celebrate its 21st Birthday.

The Bateau Bay VIEW Club consists of 51 members, with the current President Heather Taylor and Secretary Lynne Winder, both having been members since 2014. More recently one of the longer serving members Carol O’Reilly was awarded her 40–year commemorative badge for her commitment to VIEW.
