Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific’s soon-to-be-revealed new restaurant and bar is set to transform the Central Coast’s dining scene

(October 2023) – Meribella, located within the iconic Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific, will open its doors in November with an exciting fresh take on the classics, inspired by its nostalgic seaside location.

Bringing a new era of sophisticated dining to the Coast, the light-filled conservatory with an ocean vista and a spacious adjoining bar will be known for its warm atmosphere, upscale dining, eclectic wine list and legendary cocktails, by both locals and visitors alike.

Emerging culinary talent and Head Chef Joshua Mason makes his return home to the Coast where he grew up, armed with Michelin-star credentials working in internationally acclaimed restaurants.

The decorated chef cut his teeth in some of the most revered kitchens in the United States, including at Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, a 2 Michelin star restaurant, before returning to Australia to make his mark on the Australian dining scene.

Taking cues from both Europe and its seaside locale, Mason believes the reimagined food and beverage offering will both champion and energise Central Coast dining, supported by a passionate team of local talent.

Located atop a sweeping staircase on Level 1, the space will boast a striking and luxurious design with its high ceilings and arches, elevated with vibrant textures, natural tones and restored marble.

Sydneysiders and regional travellers regularly visit Terrigal, only a short 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Sydney. With its relaxed beachside location, tranquil lagoon, nearby rainforests and national parks, the area gives visitors several reasons to stay a little longer.

The team behind Meribella are looking forward to delivering an epicurean adventure to the Central Coast locale, all unveiled in November.
