Central Coast Kids Day Out is known for being a whole barrel of A GREAT DAY OUT FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY with all the fun of the fair and this year certainly has plenty to offer ~ free carnival rides, interactive demonstrations, local entertainers, pony rides, participation activities Little Kickers, AFL and Roundabout Circus and more, fairytale characters and THREE amazing headline acts – everyone’s favourite Blue Heeler Bluey and her sister Bingo presenting their Live Interactive Experience and two new great attractions on the CCKDO stage, Elmo and Cookie Monster in the Elmo’ and Friends live show and come and play along with JJ and sing along with your favourite songs from CoComelon. The CCKDO showcase of the great talent we have on the Central Coast is always a hit, with performances from Palm Studios, JB Dance, Planet Jassi, BW Dance, Perform-Ability, ATA Pacific Island Siva, BBMA Black Belt Martial Arts, Kariong Mountains High School, Narara Valley High School and Niagara Park Primary School.
More and more we’re becoming aware that a balance of wholesome eating, physical activity, connection with community and a balanced lifestyle are the secrets to happy healthy families. The more we know about HOW to achieve all this the better. With the theme of this year’s event “SHINING BRIGHTLY ~ HEALTHY MINDS + STRONG BODIES + RESILIENT KIDS = HAPPY FAMILIES”, CCKDO provides all of this and more with young family focussed event.
CCKDO provides a myriad of family services and agencies available including speech pathology, chiropractic, benevolent and mental health services, education, MoveAbout Therapy services, early learning centres and daycare, with commercial market stalls including toys, clothing, gifts, drama and music providers… All of this, combined with great food stalls, display of the latest family cars thanks to Brian Hilton Motor Group, themed rooms, Fire Engines, Animals, Passport Prize Giveaway all make for the perfect family day out.
Parking is available in two designated areas on Fountains Rd, however public transport is encouraged. Bus #36 from Gosford and Narara Stations runs hourly to the Corner of Hanlan St South and Fountains Rd.
