Sydney Symphony Orchestra & Lior Honor Activist in “Ngapa William Cooper”

by LukeAdmin

Central Coast classical music lovers will be treated to a unique and stunning collaboration by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, composer Nigel Westlake, and award-winning vocalists Lior and Lou Bennett in May.

Following the highly successful collaboration of composer Nigel Westlake and singer/songwriter Lior’s Compassion in 2013, their new work is co-written and co-performed with songwriter / composer and language expert Lou Bennett who sings in both English and traditional Yorta Yorta language.

Westlake’s signature musical palette and the moving vocals of Lior and Bennett are all supported beautifully by the sounds of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra.
