Central Coast Council is calling on event organisers and local businesses to bring their creativity and expertise to the region, with funding available for four community events across the Coast during the 2026-27 financial year through the Community Events Funding Program.
Council’s Community Events Funding Program offers experienced organisers the chance to partner with Council in delivering events that activate public spaces, boost the local economy and contribute to the growth of the region, while also receiving promotion across all Council-owned platforms.
Applications are opening to receive funding to deliver the following events:
Australia Day weekend event in Toukley – $20,000
Australia Day weekend event in the Peninsula – $20,000
Community event in the Northern Central Coast – $10,800
Community event in the Southern Central Coast – $10,800

Applications must be submitted via SmartyGrants, and EOIs close on 20 May 2026.
