For those who love a sing-a-long this Thursday (30th Nov) we return with the monthly feelgood “The Welcome Choir”, best described as “Karaoke on steroids” this joyous collective experience is set to get the dopamine pumping. Pub Choir is founded on the principle that everyone can sing and that it feels good, especially when done in large groups with a cold bevvy! Each month a group of people get together at the FunHaus with your conductor Bek Jensen who has recorded and toured nationally with Jimmy Barnes and Mahalia Barnes, Tina Harrod, The Sleepy Jackson, Jackie Orszaczky and Clayton Doley and is now leading the monthly pub choir which last month song Roar (Katie Perry) sees a new twist this month with Fleetwood Mac track “Say you love me”.
Friday Welcomes in December bringing the sexy fun vibes with Burlesque, Circus & Variety Show “Goosybumps Sideshow” a new Variety show produced by the Naughty Noodle Fun Haus and serving you all the goosebumps & heart thumps to turn up the heat for Gosford. Starring our headliner, the award-winning Global Burlesque & hilarious MC Superstar Memphis Mae, plus the hulahooper with 2 world records Bravissimo, 3 times International Pole Champion Deb Roach plus more. The expectation at these nights are that crowds are always dressed in theme, this one is “XMAS bling” over accessorise, baubles, bling and tinsel.
The Saturday weekly Dog friendly drink & dining experience “Dogs on the Deck” continues growing in popularity every Saturday from 5pm-7pm & is the perfect way to unwind on a Saturday arvo with our fluffy pals at 6pm our resident DJ hits the decks & takes us into the night with contemporary dance tunes, this week we have Rise & Set with DJ Joe Foxton playing Deep house & Elevated grooves.
Closing out this week (Sunday 3rd) will be free all ages live music over lunch & cocktails on the deck overlooking Kibble Park with Sonido, the undisputed latino 5 piece Sydney band visit the coast, If you’ve ever been to a Sonido performance, you will know how deep the traditions of Latin musical culture run, this music emanates from deep connections between cultures as well as individuals who have known each other their whole lives. They’re original compositions embody the essence of Australian life and this sets them apart.
Funhaus Factory is the Central Coast Contemporary Multi-Arts centre also serving Mexican City Street food with “Chilangos Hermanos” a brother & sister team recently moving to the Central Coast from Mexico City and now serving up their fresh, authentic family recipes 4 days a week,
